Anashwar ("we", "us", "our") is a property consultancy operating at anashwar.com, based in Vijayapura, Karnataka, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide:

Interest Form (Buyers): When you submit interest in a property, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address and a short message. This is the only form on the site.

Server Logs: Like all websites, our servers automatically log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used only for security monitoring and is not linked to your identity.

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics platforms like Google Analytics, or advertising pixels.

Information collected through the Interest Form is used for one purpose only: to connect you with our local consultant so they can follow up about the property you expressed interest in.

Specifically: - Your name and phone number are passed to our consultant who calls or WhatsApps you within 24 hours. - Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party outside our consultant network. - We do not send marketing emails or SMS campaigns.

Property owner details are handled with extreme care:

• •Owner names, phone numbers, and exact addresses are never displayed on the website.
• •The map shows only a 200-metre approximate zone — the exact property location is never transmitted to your browser.
• •Owner contact is shared only with a buyer our consultant has personally verified, and only when both parties are ready to proceed.
• •Coordinates are processed through a deterministic jitter algorithm on our server — the true coordinates never leave our infrastructure.

This architecture was designed intentionally. Owner privacy isn't a setting — it's built into how the platform works.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these narrow cases:

• •Our consultants: Buyer contact details (name, phone) are shared with our local Vijayapura consultants to facilitate the enquiry you initiated.
• •ERP system: Your interest is recorded in our internal CRM (erp-api.anashwar.com) to manage leads and consultant follow-up.
• •Legal requirement: If required by law or a valid court order, we may disclose information to authorities.

No data is shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers.

We retain your interest form data for as long as the lead is active in our CRM, typically up to 12 months. After that, records are archived and not actively used. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

You have the right to: - Access the personal data we hold about you. - Correct inaccurate information. - Delete your data — we will remove your record from our system upon request. - Object to us contacting you — reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message or tell our consultant to remove you.

We use HTTPS for all communication. Our backend API operates behind authentication and is never called directly from your browser — all requests are proxied through our Next.js server, which strips sensitive fields before they reach your device. We conduct regular reviews of our data handling practices.

Our platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
