Mojini — now Mojini v3, hosted as Bhoomojini at bhoomojini.karnataka.gov.in — is the Survey Settlement and Land Records (SSLR) department's portal for survey work on agricultural land. Where Bhoomi tells you who holds a survey number and how much, Mojini is where you ask the department to measure it: the 11E sketch you must have before selling part of a survey number, Podi (sub-division) so each share gets its own hissa, and boundary fixing when neighbours disagree.

Open bhoomojini.karnataka.gov.in and log in with your mobile number and OTP.
Choose the 11E (pre-mutation) sketch service and enter District, Taluk, Hobli, Village and the Survey Number and Hissa being divided.
Enter the extent being transferred and the buyer or transferee details, and upload the RTC and the identity proof the form asks for.
Pay the survey fee online. The request is assigned to a licensed or departmental surveyor and a visit date is shown in the tracker.
Be present on the visit with the neighbours; the surveyor measures and the sketch is generated. Download the approved 11E from the portal — the sub-registrar checks its number at registration.
Log in and open Track Application (or Application Status) from the dashboard.
Enter the application number from the acknowledgement SMS.
The status line shows the stage — assigned, visit scheduled, measured, approved by ADLR, or returned. A returned request lists the defect to correct.

Change the RTC by itself. A Podi sketch still has to go through mutation on Bhoomi before the new hissa appears on the record.
Cover urban property. City survey (PT sheet, PR card) matters go to the City Survey office, not Mojini.
Settle a title dispute. A survey fixes where the boundary is, not who owns what is inside it.
Produce an old Tippan or Akarband instantly. Those are scanned or manual records; Mojini requests a survey, it does not serve the archive.
The same system. Mojini was the original survey-request application; Mojini v3 was relaunched as Bhoomojini on bhoomojini.karnataka.gov.in with online payment and tracking.
Whenever a part of a survey number (not the whole hissa) is being sold, gifted or partitioned. The sub-registrar will not register the deed without the approved 11E number.
It depends on surveyor availability in the taluk. The portal shows the scheduled visit date once assigned; after measurement, approval is usually within days.
Not as an instant download. Akarband and Tippan copies are SSLR records requested through the survey office or retrieved by services like ours from the department's document systems.
